Alberta launches ‘Bloody Lucky’ campaign to reach young workers

The Alberta government launched a new public awareness campaign to remind young Albertans about the risk of workplace injuries and fatalities.

The campaign, which is based on research and testing, focuses on 15 to 19-year-olds and emphasizes that workplace incidents can be very real with lasting consequences. The campaign also lists specific questions young workers should ask their employers to avoid a workplace injury or death.

Workers are being driven to www.bloodylucky.ca through transit ads, video productions for movie theatres, posters and Internet banner ads.
