Joseph D. Battaglia Architect seeks municipal approvals for North York development

Joseph D. Battaglia Architect is seeking municipal site plan and rezoning approvals for 218, 220, 222 and 224 Finch Avenue West in North York.

The $10 million development will include a four-storey office and apartment building. The residential units are expected to be 6,478 square feet in total, located on the top two floors of the building.

The commercial units will also be 6,478 square feet in total and will be located on the bottom two floors of the building.

One level of underground parking, containing 56 parking spaces, is also included in the development. Another 25 spaces will be located above ground.

Joseph D. Battaglia Architect is the owner’s representative and architect for this project.
