Life Construction accepts sub-trade pricing for Bayview Villas townhouse development
Life Construction Inc. is accepting sub trade pricing for the $12.5 million townhouse development, Bayview Villas at 318 John Street and Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill.
The 112,500-square-foot development will include 128 units built into four structures. One level of underground parking is already under construction and will have 145 parking spots.
The two- and three-storey units will range in size from 800 square feet to 1,100 square feet.
The townhouse development was designed by Kohn Architects (architectural), Y & V Engineering Ltd. (structural), Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical and electrical), Terraplan Landscape Architects Inc. (landscaping) and Stantec Architectural Inc. (civil).
Faga Group-Polvian Construction Ltd. was secured for site work, concrete and foundations.
